Refund policy

At In Alignment Health Ltd., all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email jade@inalignmenthealth.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photos of the issue and the packaging.

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method. If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions. Unless the issue is our error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Digital Products

All digital downloads (guides, e-books, files) are final sale and non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, opened or used aromatherapy products (sprays, roll-ons, diffuser blends, inhalers) cannot be returned.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the funds. If it has been more than 15 business days since our approval, contact jade@inalignmenthealth.com.
