Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer shipping within Canada.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the carrier, typically 3–10 business days within Canada. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, postal service issues, or other factors outside our control.
Local Pickup (Optional)
If you are located in Calgary, Alberta, you may request local pickup. We will contact you to arrange a pickup time if this option is selected.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information if available.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at jade@inalignmenthealth.com with your order number and photos, and we will help resolve the issue.
